2007-2025 Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 / 4500 / 5500 6.7 Cummins Turbo Actuator Install Gasket Kit
Have to remove the actuator on your 6.7L Cummins? Did you know the bolts are torque to yield stretch bolts? The two major failure modes of the electronic actuators for the 2007-25 Dodge Rams with the Holset HE351VE / HE300VG turbos is failed board components and or moisture intrusion. Any time the actuator is removed, using new seals and bolts is a must to ensure a proper reinstallation. A lot of companies sell these kits with stainless steel bolts, which we have found over time loosen and don't provide proper clamping load leading to leaks. Melett's bolts, while black oxide steel, are the proper grade and material to ensure the appropriate clamping force.
