We source components from Tier 1 manufacturers or validated aftermarket suppliers and go the extra mile by verifying every part to ensure it meets exact specifications. Our remanufactured turbos are assembled with precision and cleanliness to deliver consistent, reliable performance and are done so in a separate clean room.
What sets us apart is the attention to detail in our build process. Every rotor group undergoes both low-speed and high-speed VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) balancing. We don’t just assemble turbos—we fully test them with oil at operational speeds to ensure perfect balance, eliminate leaks, and minimize NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness). Each turbocharger is blueprinted by ensuring the correct wheel to housing clearance, accurate bearing clearance, shaft and journal finish, actuators tested and calibrated.
