Core Policy
Your core is really important to us, it is what allows us to keep rebuilding turbos and keeping all of our customers vehicle running. So we would like them back in the best condition possible, but understand that sometimes a catastrophic failure happens.
Requirements:
- Turbo(s) are to be returned in off-engine condition. We want them exactly the way they come off the engine.
- Any turbo(s) that are disasembled or assembled lightly and that incur shipping damage will be issued a 50% deduction in your core return. Seriously, please dont disassmble them, it will almost always lead to shipping damage and a not usable core.
- Core's need to be packed in adequate packaging, that means no "Beer Boxes" or packing tape with hopes and dreams. Please either take them to a professional shipping company or do your best in give it the best chance of survival. Shipping companies are not nice to these 50 pound bowling balls.
That's it, we want to be easy to do business with and get that sometimes when turbo's fail, they fail in impressive fashion, but please keep them assembled, please pack them extra diligently and give them the best chace at survival.
